Where’s Spring?  It’s Already Hot And It’s Just April.

Training was going pretty good.  I’ve been getting close to10,000 ft of elevation per week up till this week.  I’ve caught the flu and it sucks.  It’s going to force me to take at least 5 days off from running.

As you can see this week has got one of my biggest gaps and I’m not cleared to run until April 19th.  I have four more months to build my strength and distance.  I need consistency, distance and elevation to be successful at UTMB.
